A form of low-level rock climbing, below 4-5 metres that’s all about climbing short, tricky routes to test your strength and technique. It can be done without using ropes or harnesses, but most climbers use climbing shoes to help secure footholds, chalk to keep their hands dry and safety mats to prevent injuries from falls.
You’ll be fitted with a harness and helmet and clipped on to ropes held by instructors throughout
